crisis situation, the program’s proven strategies give education the skill to safely and effectively
respond to anxious, hostile, or violent behavior. This training includes in-person hands-on training
to practice and demonstrate mastery of restrictive (physical) interventions. Please wear closed toe
shoes and comfortable attire.

The CAASPP and ELPAC Interim Assessments, along with Tools for Teachers, are designed to support teaching and learning throughout the year. These resources can be used flexibly in both standardized and non-standardized ways. This training provides facilitated online professional development focused on utilizing the interim assessments and Tools for Teachers within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) comprehensive assessment system to inform instruction.
