Solano County SELPA is hosting Teacher Support Trainings to support Special Education Teachers with developing, monitoring, and implementing IEPs. All sessions will be virtual via Zoom and hosted by SELPA Coordinators Melissa Guevara and Erica Mayer.

The CAASPP and ELPAC Interim Assessments, along with Tools for Teachers, are designed to support teaching and learning throughout the year. These resources can be used flexibly in both standardized and non-standardized ways. This training provides facilitated online professional development focused on utilizing the interim assessments and Tools for Teachers within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) and the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) comprehensive assessment system to inform instruction.

Users involved with student enrollment in Aeries–at the sites and at the district office–are requested to attend one of two extremely important Mid-Year/Pre-Enroll workshops for 2025. The goal of these workshops is to provide a thorough understanding of the pre-enroll process, which begins in late January, and the automated pre-enroll transfer system, which runs until the end of the school year. A Q&A session (answers to questions you may have about any Aeries topic) is included.
Target Audience: Classified (Clerical) Clerical only–this is not a training for teachers. You will not need an electronic device. More
